COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Are the default fee fields guaranteed to match my shop?

No. Etsy fees and payment-processing rates can vary by location, currency, tax rules and program participation. Confirm every field against your current Etsy account and policy pages.

Does the transaction fee apply to shipping?

The worksheet applies the transaction percentage to item and buyer-paid shipping revenue. Edit the model if your situation requires different treatment.

What should I enter for Offsite Ads?

Enter zero when the order is not attributed to Offsite Ads. If it is, enter the rate that applies to your shop and order.

Does this include VAT or regulatory operating fees?

Not automatically. These vary by seller location. Add any applicable non-recoverable amount to the other order cost field.

Can I use quantity greater than one?

Yes. Item revenue, product cost and listing fees scale with quantity; order-level shipping and fixed processing inputs are applied once.
